Gruppo Florence believes that true luxury comes from people, their stories, and traditions passed down through generations.

To celebrate this magic, Gruppo Florence is opening a call for applications for the creation of a new episode of Le Mani della Moda, a docufilm that tells the hidden stories of Italian luxury, revealing the 39 workshops that make up Gruppo Florence. Alongside the docufilm, a photography project enriches the narrative, highlighting the faces and hands of those who keep Italian artisanal traditions alive.

THE JOURNEY THROUGH THE HIDDEN ITALY OF GLOBAL LUXURY

The first chapter of Le Mani della Moda: the journey through the hidden Italy of global luxury was born from the collaboration of emerging talents from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, under the guidance of Roger Tredre, Course Leader of the Fashion Communication and Fashion Journalism MA.

Directed by Peruvian filmmaker Cayetano Garcia Dashurie, the short film follows French model and journalist Inès Céline on a journey through five of Gruppo Florence’s workshops.

A true road movie, it captures the essence of luxury craftsmanship, highlighting the passion and skill behind every piece.

A series of photographic portraits by Olivia Brighi and Silvia Napoli immortalizes the faces of artisans, custodians of skills proudly passed down through generations.

Success comes not only from the measurable value of industrial, financial and human capital, but also from an intangible added value: the care and passion handed down, which make this intangible value a fundamental part of our bottom line.
